Thank you Yia Yia, your demonstrations and explanations are the best for classic Greek cooking. Please don't stop, I'm a fan all the way from Australia! By the way (you don't have to answer this) but because Greek cuisine varies from region to region, which part of Greece do you come from? I'm only asking because your style of cooking reminds me a lot of my mother's and aunties style and they were from the Peloponnese region, Corinthians in fact - just out of interest? Please don't be offended by my asking.

@@YiayiasGreekRecipes That's one of my favorite dishes & of all the videos thought yours was the best & easiest to follow... Wish only that you showed how to make the Avgolemeno & also how to make sure it doesnt curdle when you pour it over the cabbage to boil for those few minutes!!! It's amazing that your voice reminded me of my Thea & then saw you wrote you are from Athens... my Father's family comes from Athens as well... Ambolokipi... The last name is Papapangiotu!!!

I am trying to figure out how. I just moved back to Greece and my son is in America. He used to shoot and edit all the videos. I’ll see what I can do.
