Hi Yia Yia! Well I cooked your Soutzoukakia for my whole family last week and they went absolutely mad over it. I followed your recipe exactly as you showed in the video and.... WOW! The meatballs were so fluffy and light, no one could believe what they were tasting. And the sauce, they almost drank it...hahah. It was the topic onf conversation all night. Thank you most sincerely from my family to yours. Rumple
Dimitrios, I am so glad that you appreciate miki's songs aswell. I used to sing them a lot when I was young, Theothorakis is a treasure that makes Elatha very proud.
Hi Mia, when the rice starts boiling, turn the flame on a medium heat without the lid and let it simmer until all the liquid is absorbed and starts making little holes on top. After that turn the heat off, let it cool for 5 minutes and serve. Thank you for watching! Love YiaYia xoxo
Hi Yia Yia! I love cooking at home for my family. Each week I try and cook them a different dish from somewhere in the world, taught to me by wonderful people like you. Love your video's, recipes and your wonderful personality. AND I adore your songs! Well done and keep going.
Great recipe from Yiayia! I love soutzoukakia. I made my own recipe that I got from my great-great-grandma from Asia Minor. Pls take look at my other recipes if you have time.!
Yiayia, this looks lovely! When you cooked the rice did you leave it simmering or boiling or did you turn off the heat and let the rice absorb the liquid? Can you clarify this point for me please? Many thanks x
Great Video. Videos like this gives me inspiration and motivates me to continue to make recipes for other viewers too. Pls take look at my recipes if you have time.
