This short practice is a seated forward fold flow you can do sitting on your mat or bad. It'll help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping you calm down . What you need for this practice is loads of pillows, blocks or bolsters. Since this is a Yin inspired practice we will be holding poses, so make sure you grab the pillows and the other props you have. If you feel icky in the lower back at any time, add more pillows under knees.
