Who are we? We are best friends and it's been a little more than a decade since we've been on the yogic path. We hold a Masters in Yoga, along with several TTP 's under our belt. We are certified in Pre Natal, Post Natal Yoga, Yoga Nidra as well as Yoga Therapy.

I got this video late..i already purchased a yoga mat but its not comfortable yo roll or sit directly for meditation I want to return it but i dont know whether they will take it back and refund the money. I am totally sad with the product..i regret to see this video late

Well, i love fruits and vegetables but I digest them too easily, they give me diarrea. I also absolutely cannoy digest beans. Nuts are hard too. Where do I get my proteins?
It’s a shloka from the Prashna Upanishad : प्राणस्येदं वशे सर्वं त्रिदिवे यत्प्रतिष्ठितम् । मातेव पुत्रान्रक्शस्व श्रीश्च प्रज्ञां च विधेहि न इति prāṇasyedaṃ vaśe sarvaṃ tridive yatpratiṣṭhitam । māteva putrānrakśasva śrīśca prajñāṃ ca vidhehi na iti Meaning: Whatever exists in the three worlds, Is all under the control of Prana. Mam is it good doing forward bending like Janushirshasan etc. on periods? I have heard that forward bending postures will crunch abdomen and put lot of pressure on the utrine lining. Is this correct or not? Kindly reply mam❤️✨️
Gentle Forward Bends can give a light massage to the abdominal and pelvic region and can help relieve cramps and heaviness. The key word being 'Gentle'. That can be different for different people. Usually it is a good idea to do poses like Janu Sheershasana to 50-60% of your capacity during your periods or do them with the support of pillows/bolsters. Not 50-60% of what the actual pose looks like but 50-60% of your capacity on a normal regular day. That way you ensure that it is gentle on your body. And it's always good to listen to your body, if any pose feels like it is too much for the body you don't really need to practice it. Our awareness is the best guide in these scenarios .
