This has quickly become my favorite. This dragon portion of the sequence with supported dragon is on point! The deer to half-saddle is fantastic. The music choice takes me on a journey of my lifetime, especially to my childhood in So Cal, and even an opening to my ancestors. Looove this sequence! 🩵🌻🕊🪷
This was perfect and one of my all time favorites on this channel. I especially loved the transition from deer pose to half saddle. Don't think I've ever seen that combination before but the poses suited each other perfectly.
This was delicious. I started this with lower back, pelvic, hip pain and tension in my neck and shoulders. I ended this pain free and feel fully in my body. Thank you, truly. ❤

Hi Devi, I love the dragon poses but I wish you would take it back to a hamstring stretch because the backs of my legs needs attention as well. Thanks again
