This has been one of my favorite classes! Perhaps because I needed to focus on that area of connective tissue, even though I had never realized or felt the need before. Your yoga classes have now become a healthy daily addiction for me!
I so needed this today! as I played about 3 hours of Pickleball. I LOVE Saddle pose with my bolster with knees wide and feet knees under glutes (my quads were singing a happy tune).. And I chose to do caterpillar with my hips elevated on a pillow so I can get into the whole back chain of my body instead of the half-butterfly which is not comfortable for me and I don't feel it in my hamstrings. I love the way you teach! Thank You!
I was hesitant at first, since I’m only a few months in my recovery from hip replacement, but I gathered plenty of props, and this was great. Thank you.
So I'm going to be 60 next month and I walk 4 miles a day ,lately my tailbone and lower hips have hurt quite a bit . I don't sit much ,but do squat a lot working gardens and such. Chiropractor suggested your Utube for stretching.....said to do it for a week and I will feel better . Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 Nice video ! My daughter is actually a yoga instructor 😂 she's been trying to get me to do this for years .......😅
I do all of your videos but this is my favorite ever. Genius sequencing. Loved using supported splits to lengthen the quads rather than trying to make it a hamstring stretch. Excellently focused and planned class.
Glad to hear how much you appreciated this sequence! I took a look at your channel (which looks awesome)... and I think you are Stephen in Tucson, is that correct?
This was lovely. The areas of the hips, psoas and flexors are my main focus these days. So this class was exactly what I needed. I subscribed instantly! Thank you.
My favorite yoga videos so far. I struggle with overused legs and this was the best routine I've done for them thus far. I know I will keep coming back to it!
I could do the full saddle legs closed and supported on the hands. At the end of savasana I also do some TRE to release tension in the pelvic floor and the psoas.Thx ❤😊❤.
Hi Devi, YT led me to this video as I was searching "yoga for sore legs", and I'm so glad the algo did it ! The relief on the moment is real, hope this class will decrease the DOMS on my quads tomorrow (they felt like concrete after the leg sesh this morning). And I'm happy to realize I did instinctively what you recommend in this class : you say it's ok to get out of your mat during a yin class ; and since the very beginning I practice yin on a Pilates mat (thicker and softer than the traditional yoga ones), placed on a carpet, therefore I'm not afraid of rolling on the hard floor😉 I think this was my first supported dragon, it is really beneficial for those of us with wrist pain (I always do regular dragon on my forearms), thank you for the tip🙏
Just found your channel through this video and definitely subscribing! This was so great. I’ve always loved yoga and In the beginning of quarantine I was getting back into it consistently. One day I injured my knee doing a standing pigeon pose (there may be another name for it), and ever since I haven’t been able to open my hip on that side and it’s super tight. I’m hoping that doing these consistently will help as they didn’t put my strain on the knee. I really need that mobility back 😩
Hi Felicia! I'm so happy to hear you felt this yoga practice helped. I have a number of videos that focus on the hips, so if you'd like to explore the others you can do a RU-vid search for "Devi Daly Yoga Hips." Best wishes for a full recovery! ❤️
I have tightness in the front of my right hip and pinching near my right lower back near my SI joint when I bend backward. Will this series help stretch that out and relieve the pain I am having? Otherwise, is there another video you would recommend I focus on to stretch this area out? Thank you!

Hi Petras, I have a separate video on saddle pose which includes a variety of modifications for tender knees. Here’s the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Kp_sSavN8s8.html
