Typically Yin Yoga is used more for the hips and spine but in this 30 minute class you will find out how amazing these long deep stretches are for your shoulders! Releasing tension you might have build up from working behind your computer, helping to heal shoulder injuries, and increasing your range of motion, all qualities this practice will offer you. Working the Life Force and Digestive meridians to also help you find more emotional balance and happiness. This practice is suitable for all levels.
