Anerieke, I’ve been doing yin yoga at home for quite a while, and I must say you’re the best guide out here on you tube. I love your use of rebounds, and your crone/wise woman energy. I can only encourage you to do more yin videos, as I repeat your playlist often. One suggestion is for tight hamstrings, as no matter how much yoga I do, they are the hardest things for me, I can do forward bends than much because of it. And I would love to know which meridians I am opening while I stretch them! Much love and respect. I see you, a fellow yin practitioner.
Thank you Ardaen. Yes tight hamstrings need constant 'love' to eventually release. I always suggest to my students to get in the habit of stretching them during normal activities in the day, eg when you brush you teeth put on foot up and stretch the back of your leg, or when waiting in line for a check out find a wall to stretch into, or lean forward over your trolley... They need a lot of stretching as did didn't get tight just yesterday ;-)
Why anyone would dislike this video is beyond me? Ive tried a lot of yoga videos on RU-vid and find it hard to find ones i vibe with. This lady's style is perfect tho👌
A very nice Yin Yoga class. I feel very mellow and relaxed after his session. I also like the alternatives provided as our bodies are different and a one size fits all approach just does not work. Highly recommended and thank you for sharing this with us!

Fabulous workout. It was short but extremely intense. I am still building up my legs and upper body/arms so some of the positions get tough for me. I refuse to give up as I’ve come a long way in a short distance of time. Thank you Anneriek for sharing all your videos.

Very detailed and informative website. I need a video tailored towards my upper body. I need cost and what you need from me. Your U tube videos are helping but I need more focused stretched. My lower back pain is 98% gone. Thank you and never stop you are awesome.
