For all of you wondering what the heck this is about: Bård, Vegard and Calle are covertly delivering food and candy to the contestants of a Norwegian reality show called "Farmen" or in English "the Farm". The show is one of the most popular reality shows on TVNorge's rival television company, TV2. The gimmick of the show is that the contestants are supposed to live on a 19th century farm and get by on whatever food they can cultivate and gather. The contestants are also awarded food and money to purchase commodities at a local market, by completing various taxing challenges. But the access to food, and especially candy, is generally quite limited. I think this is the final week of the show, and the guys from Ylvis want to pamper the remaining contestants by giving them scrumptious food and chocolate. But as a result of their compassion towards the poor, starving contestants, they're also sabotaging the whole concept of TV2's reality show;-)
+Annalisa Steinnes there is a few episode of season 8 (from 2012, and the best season in my opinion) out on youtube. I dont know if there is english subtitles though. If not you can watch it on tv2 sumo but there they only have the current season :(
Once again I am laughing at the antics of Bard, Vegard, and Calle. Thanks to the folks below that gave the back story. I am a big fan of these multi-talented people. I love their humor.
there is a TV show here in Norway which is called Farmen. It's a show where the participants are isolated and must live on a farm and the food they eat is what they've made themself or bought with the money they've earned for completing challenges. What Ylvis seem to have done in this video is to try to get there undetected and place a large amount of food and chocolates at that exact farm. Hope this explained it :)
In Norway there's this really popular reality show called "Farmen" where a bunch of Norwegians travel to a farm and live there for a while and pretend they are living in 1913. Ylvis therefore made a little present for the finalist and tried to deliver the package without getting spotted.
This video is about the Ylvis-brothers trolling another TV-program which is still being recorded at this farm. They are supposed to live like poor norwegian farmers did in 1913. The participators on the TV-program can only eat an drink what the farm has to offer: water, milk, meat from the animals, bread they make themselves etc. The Ylvis-brothers places a bunch of delicious food and beer on their doorstep, rings the bell and leaves :) lol

chris Høybø (senere kjendis som angivelig politiiniltratør) var deltager i Robinson 2003. Han stjal all maten til filmcrewet, men spiste det ikke. Dette så filmselskapet på som morsomt og straffet ham ikke, men det ble ikke vist på TV
But this channel is made for norwegian for a norwegian tv channel. They only focus on that getting out some stuff to promote for their tv channel. I don't think a lot of people outside norway has this channel
