He jumped in a few years later; taking a detour from medical school and a life in music. He brings his own creative mind for business, marketing and strategy. Unexpectedly, we are a perfect team.

I absolutely love the nail. Although I will never wear it because of the length as you pointed out already. What I’ve learned a lot better now is how to put on your apex and how it has to look. I intend to overdue it so that it’s a bit of a curved down nail and not so flat. Because of the length of the nail I really learned about the place of the apex.

I only like doing long nails so this video was amazing. I struggle with apex placements and that has certainly resulted in quite a few broken nails, both acrylic and natural. Thank you for doing this video!

I’m doing an extendo set this oct 9th. Thats what I call them. (Super long nails is what I mean). Can’t wait. Although. I use liquid gel. But this set is about to be bomb; thanks for the tips!! I will always use young nails products. The best liquid gel I have found

It can be super surprising sometimes, how much product it takes for a nail like this. It's such a balance. You want it elegant, thin, correct apex etc, sometimes I underestimate. So checking, checking....more checking. Thank you Greg.

For doing cover pink or even a nude color do you recommend putting clear down first on the natural nail before the cover color? And thank you so much for this!

I notice to clean and dehydrate the nail you get a cotton pad and damp it in a liquid (usually after filing the acrylic or natural nail) is the liquid alcohol or acetone😫 because doesn’t acetone melt acrylic ? Or do you just apply a small amount of acetone just to wipe? Thank you!

It's our product swipe. swipe is an alcohol and acetone based product formulated to cleanse the nail perfectly for product

When you are working with glitter or color acrylic is it advisable to pinch after clear capping or before? (Won't the colored acrylic or glitter one be too weak to withstand pinching)?

We generally recommend applying a thin layer of clear under any colored acrylic to give a platform to work on. This way, the clear will protect the natural nail from staining and you can pinch the curve in this layer before adding the color and capping with clear. If you wait to pinch until the top layer of clear is mold-able, the previous layers of clear and color may be se too much to get a good pinch.

What can We use for a substitute for swipe if we don’t have or can’t find it in our country?💗

What country are you in? We highly recommend using the Swipe as it cleanses the nail and leaves the proper ph level that works with the rest of our products. We have not tested other cleansers to make sure they work with our products, so we can't give a recommendation for another product.

Also with your cover colours do they set the same as the core powders because I really want to get ever different colour you have but I am not at the level of working with speed setting Arylic powders

All of our acrylic powders are available on our website. We have 30 colors available in the 45g size. Cover powers set more quickly than core powders do.

I am so happy I don’t wear long nails. That is a lot of work, and you only did one nail. I know you are faster but you are teaching and that takes more time. Long nails are beautiful but not for me. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. You are a great teacher.
