This is my version of the famous Yngwie Malmsteen - Black Star live performance, learned by ear. It's not 100% like he did of course, but I like how it came out.
@@lidorabu2962 It's true, as much of a neoclassical master as he is, your picking is cleaner. Also I get a ever so slight flamenco feel with your version. Baroque guitar was amazing, but nothing is more emotional than flamenco guitar.
Magnifique interprétation ,félicitations !!! Et dire que certains qualifient encore Y.Malmsteen de shreder sans âme. Pfff! Outre le fait de posséder l'un des plus beaux et reconnaissable vibrato du métal, l'artiste a composé de magnifiques pièces, enregistré plusieurs bons albums, joué avec Alcatraz, un orchestre symphonique, le G3 ...etc. Farewell et blackstar sont ,je trouve, ses plus belles créations. This is the Martinez MP14 (ZI ziricote or RW rosewood back and sides). This guitar has an inboard reverb/chorus/delay amplified by the wood of the guitar (same technology than Transacoustic yamaha) 😉 this guitar was amazing for the price.
@@lidorabu2962 at first I thought it was the original live version playing, then I looked, actually insane, I hope to find tabs to this some day because I'm not good at picking stuff up by ear
But it misses the spirit of that live performance of 1994.. You are probably a more accurate player then Yngwie (compliment) but on stage, with the many effects and equipment, it is a hellofashow
