Well, thanks for posting...this show is similar to the show I saw last year 2019 in St. Charles at the Arcada theatre ...this is a step up on that one. Love yngwie....keepriffin!
ouch. so sad really. sure your skill goes south as you get older, but adjusting what he played to allow for his decreased faculty would make sense. for example - eddie vh in his later years couldn't play some of the stuff from fair warning very well anymore, so they either cut it down or didn't play it. I think yngwie needs do the same. add some melody, slow it down and make it sound good, because this was really suckage.
He plays the exact same scales and arpeggios over and over and over again. Even the drums are the exact same thing on every song. Yes, we know you can play this stuff in your sleep....but are you able to play anything else? It just seems like Yngwie went through his entire toolbox on his first three albums and was completely ampty after that.
Yeah, he can play stuff I can't, so what? This is a slopfest. For a guy that has such an ego, how does he find this acceptable? What a hypocrite. He probably spends more time diddling his ferrari's and suing people than playing his guitar these days.
