This is a positive review for growing Yod Fah (Chinese Broccoli) in the Southwest high desert garden. This plant produces a stem with leaves and small floret that once harvested produces more along the stock. A perpetual harvest equals ongoing bouquets to bring into the house, toss into a pan with olive oil and other garden vegetables, and enjoy that rich, yet mild broccoli flavor. Tolerant of our hot dry climate, subject to some insect damage, but truly, our family is its main devourer.
