🎉🎉 बहुत सुंदर, सहज और सरल किन्तु रोचक भाषा में, बहुत अच्छा, एवं प्रेरणात्मक वीडियो दिया , , , बधाई, , , बधाई मै 66वर्षीय रिटायर्ड रेलवे पर्षन हूं। बहुत पहले सन् 1985 में मै बिहार योग विधालय, मुंगेर से योग में TTC कोर्स किया हूं और तबसे योगा प्राणायाम करता हूं और लोगों को भी बताता हूं। यानी योग का अच्छा खासा जानकार हूं। लेकिन आपके इस वीडियो से मैंने बहुत कुछ सीखा। संक्षेप में बहुत सही तारतम्य से, system से आपने वीडियो में अपनी बात रखी, भाषा ऐसी की श्रोता को बांधे रखती है पूरा विडियो देखने तक । बहुत अच्छा लगा,, धन्यवाद,वधाई। योग की ज्योति को इसी तरह जलाए रखें, जनहित के लिए ❤❤❤❤

योग = जोडना। जवानी के लिए हैं। साधना = साधक। सभी अवस्था में उर्जावान बानाता हैं विपश्यना साधक बनने कि काबिलियत हैं सिखे सिखाये। जिसे स्वयं भगवान भी किया करते हैं।

हम आपके तप और संघर्ष की सराहना करते है 🙏 पर आपने जो यम और नियम बताए हैं वो कहा से पढ़े है? 😇ये तो योग के सबसे पहले पालन किए जाने वाले अंग है जहा से योग की यात्रा साधक शुरू करते है जो आपने गलत❌ बताए हैं ❌ये video ❌लोगो को गलत जानकारी देगा ❌कृपया कर के योग विषय की गलत जानकारी न दे वैसे भी योग को लेकर लोगो में कई गलत धारणाएं बनी हुई हैं और ये वीडियो उसका और समर्थक प्रतीत होता है कृपया इसे सही करने का प्रयास किया जाए अन्यथा इसे हटा दिया जाए तो योग जैसी महान संस्कृति और प्राचीन योग ग्रंथो की और उनके अमूल्य ज्ञान की छवि और उनका स्थान वैसे ही बना रहे जैसा की पूर्व काल से है🙏🙏

There is some mistake in explanation of Ashatanga Yoga i.e. Yama & Niyama are vice versa: 5 Yamas are 1 Ahimsa (non-harming or non-violence in thought, word and deed) 2 Satya (truthfulness) 3 Asteya (non-stealing) 4 Brahmacharya (celibacy or 'right use of energy') 5 Aparigraha (non-greed or non-hoarding) 5 Niyamas are 1. Saucha (cleanliness) 2. Santosha (contentment) 3. Tapas (discipline) 4. Svadhyaya (self study) 5. Isvara Pranidhana (surrendering to a higher power)

Sorry to say but you are saying it opposite. अहिंसासत्यास्तेयब्रह्मचर्यापरिग्रहा यमाः This is called Yama. शौचसंतोषतपःस्वाध्यायेश्वरप्रणिधानानि नियमाः And This is Niyam.

अकेले योगासन करने से कोई भी योगी नहीं बन सकता, प्राणायाम से शरीर की शुद्धि होती हैं विषले पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं, सबसे महत्पूर्ण हैं सही दिनचर्या ओर सात्विक आहार ना की योगा करो ओर जंक फ़ूड्स खाओगे तो पिम्पल तो होंगे ही ओर महिलाओ में अनियमित मासिक धर्म से भी पिम्पल होते हैं क्योंगी हार्मोन भी गड़बड़ हो सकते हैं @DrMohitYogaGuruji

First you learn this madam -The five yamas (social ethics) and five niyamas (personal observances) are two of these eight limbs. Ahimsa (nonviolence), satya (truthfulness), asteya (non-stealing), brahmacharya (abstinence), aparigraha (non-accumulation) constitute the five yamas, whereas soucha (internal and external cleanliness), santosha (being happy and content), tapas (penance), swadhyaya (self-study) and ishvarapranidhana (surrender to the higher power) constitute the five niyamas. These ten guidelines or ethical principles are like ready-made New Year’s resolutions. The yamas primarily focus on our actions when in community with others, while the niyamas focus more generally on our relationship with our physical and psychological selves.

One thing is most important to all who want to learn yoga. Please not learn it for career or for health. Please do not lessen its values. Yoga is process through which one can achieve supreme goal to know yourself. Its divine thing but today many teachers and learners made it jugglers item now a day. Many teacher add thier immature experience in yoga asana as if like mahirishi patanjali made some mistakes that time. Please learn it willingly, with devotion and without change in old scripture exactly like it mention in old books. Then you see yog will take you to such level where you know everything.

I have started doing yoga(kapal bhati, bhastrika, alom-vilom) for 2,3 months for cure my asthma disease. But suddenly my family members and friends notice me, they started asking me again and again what I did, that my skin suddenly became so glowing. At first I was confused myself but later I understood that this is the wonder of yoga.

First you learn this madam -The five yamas (social ethics) and five niyamas (personal observances) are two of these eight limbs. Ahimsa (nonviolence), satya (truthfulness), asteya (non-stealing), brahmacharya (abstinence), aparigraha (non-accumulation) constitute the five yamas, whereas soucha (internal and external cleanliness), santosha (being happy and content), tapas (penance), swadhyaya (self-study) and ishvarapranidhana (surrender to the higher power) constitute the five niyamas. These ten guidelines or ethical principles are like ready-made New Year’s resolutions. The yamas primarily focus on our actions when in community with others, while the niyamas focus more generally on our relationship with our physical and psychological selves.

I was start before 23 years ago at that time I was the most strongest physically handsome person in my college colony my village called me bull power but after few years l leave yoga pranayam and totally taken fried food tea magi snacks now body is so weak but September 2024 I want to start again yoga pranayam 🙏🧘🕉️

प्रतिदिन करते लगभग सभी आसान,प्राणायाम सुना और जितना टाइम उसमें,जीतने करते ज्यादा टाइम तो,5,5 मिनट नहीं तो 1/2 घंटा भी कभी छूटता लेकिन फिर रोज हो जाता मेहनत के कार्य हुए तो जरूरत नहीं पड़ती खेत,घर आदि के कार्य,भ्रामरी उद्गिद लगभग सभी जानते
