The hardest part in practicing yoga is maintaining regularity. As mentioned by madam. I understand the essence of yoga and trying to make it part and parcel of my daily routine buts it's quite hard and mind is full of temptation.

I love the way you talked and explained this is the only reason why I will subscribe now. Music is also sooooo calming... I am 5 feet 1inch tall and 88 kgs. 3 C sections ho chukay hain. Belly and hips toooo out and droopy. I want to lose weight please reply to me and also help me to lose weight...

While yoga can help you lose weight, the only real way to do it is to cut calories. I think one of the best ways yoga helps is with this, practice can make you feel better about yourself giving you inspiration to eat less. Best to you on your journey! I know you can do it.

@@yogawithkalidasa8503 thank you for replying to me. It is a surprise to have your reply even after two months. The bad news is that I have stopped doing my walk, yoga, and diet control for last one month and have become totally clumsy and irritated too. Now I feel like as if I have put on even more weight than before. Because I can see my face and neck bulging with fat and upper tummy bloated again. See what happens when I didn't get support. The most difficult thing to keep up, is the controlled diet routine, specially when living in a large family where I myself cook traditional food for everyone. Become difficult to control. Moreover I had also developed acidity in stomach and heart burn after twenty days of diet. Although it had helped me lose my face fat, jaw line, and reduce the bulge of my upper tummy. Everyone was able to notice. But heart burn made me stop doing diet and then I again started eating every thing and stopped my walk and yoga. I have shared it with you now openly. Now you know my problem in detail. Please help me or I'll die of heart attack because of cholesterol. Please reply. I want to reduce weight and look smart.

I don't want to hijack this video's comment thread, so it would probably be better if you can contact me through my channel if you like. I hope you do get back on your diet and exercise, it only takes a little will power for a few days for the hunger pangs to lessen a lot.

But what about i cant sit properly with cross legs and advised not to do also bcoz i have knee problem for three years. I m 44yr old women. These days i have been facing joint pains for last 15-20 days. Can i start these practices?

Hi, i have a problem when i try to start yoga, i feel weakness when inhaling, i feel headech, also feel like im being fainted, so please suggest me something so that i can be able to perform yoga i want to do yoga but such barriers stop me, push me back and Finlay i got tired very much, thank you 💕

In yoga pose after inhale, we hold breath or not before exhaling ? , please reply

No. During yoga poses inhale and exhale goes as per different postures. While you hold the pose, continue breathing. Holding breathe happens during Pranayam, not poses. Hope it helps you.

Yes, only light poses. Avoid kapalbharti or abdominal contraction or strain during menstruation
