Relief yourself from back pain by doing these 6 simple poses each day
Make sure your yoga practice is helping, not hurting, your back.. so listen to your body
Avoid aggressive forward bending, it can be risky... always begin with standing forward bend, as in this video i demonstrated Uttanasana.. Prasarita Padottanasana is also good. In standing forward bend gravity helps to take the weight of the upper body off the lower back.

Mere saale ki biwi ko pichhle 7 mahine se slip disc problem he ,, bahot ilaj karwaye ,, no results, ayurved bhi kiya,, disc me gap kamm ho gaya he Sir,, koy illaj ho to bataye please sir,, thos famili in depression

Guruji my son is an orthodontist. After almost 45 days of lockdown he has resumed his duties. He has developed a stiff back because of absence from work. Will these asanas help him ease his back?

Namaskar guruji mai pichle 6 mahinose utube dekhkar yoga aasan shikh raha hu lekin yog karte samay kuch galti ho janese 2 mahinose meri rite side kamar me bahut dard ho raha hai to sirf ye aasan karu kya aur kitne din karna padega ? Dusre aasan kab kar sakta hu ? Please reply

प्रणाम गुरुजी,मेरे पत्नी के घुटने व कमर में दर्द रहता है वह बालक आसन में ही बैठ पाती है तो इन आसन को कैसे करें क।पया बतायें।
