Hey y'all! Today's video is YOGA FOR HIGHER VIBRATION. This is video is a slightly challenging Vinyasa flow. Throughout the practice, we are incorporating poses that are meant to help you get deeper into your body and mind, remove toxins from the body, incite positive thoughts, and get your body moving. The more you move, the more you vibrate. We achieve this by incorporating dynamic movement throughout the practice and we end with a vibration centered meditation. We begin our practice with the Breath of Fire. The Breath of Fire can help to release toxins from the body, build endurance, boost brain function & more. We're also incorporating a twist, inversion, and heart opening pose. Our final mediation enables you to envision a glow around you, and to absorb positivity while repelling everything negative. I hope that the heat-building, along with everything else can enable you to raise the vibration in your body.
