I love this video, and kept coming back to it again and again, but suddenly found that I couldn't get through this video without ads coming on about every 4-5 minutes. Each one was 2-3 mins long, and I would have to get up from my pose each time to press skip. Would love to keep watching it, but that's not really a feasible way to get through a yoga routine....
Really loved the video, but 6 ad breaks in 34 mins made it so that I would never watch again and would advise against watching. Its a shame because I really liked the flow.
Tim, I am a High School Principal and your videos (Total Yoga Body) and really all the videos have been great for me at relieving stress. I am also about 30lbs lighter due to this practice and a much better diet! Thanks for the awesome coaching and keep it up! PEOPLE LIKE THE VIDEOS!!!!!!!
Thank you! Just a thought - could you do more 45 min+ workouts? I really like having a longer option for those days when I'm ready for a serious session
I would love a Yoga for Swimmers video. I do your videos a few times a week in between swimming. If not, which videos would you recommend for swimmers?
I really liked the postures and the amount of talking / explanation was about right. I think a bit more relaxation at the start / focus on breathing would be good. And it would be 10 out of 10 without the sound of vacuuming / drilling. Thank you
Hi Tim, i am loving your videos. Thanks a ton. I have a question.. whenever i try to bend my Keene or balance i am very good while doing the left side but when it comes to the right side i just can't do it as easily as i do from my left side. i am worried about the posture disalignment. what would you please suggest me to do? thanks in advance
A herniated disc annex to this would be appreciated. I try to modify each position to allow healing ,yet perhaps extra commentary and advise for certain positions would bring a more beneficial impact. 🙏
I really enjoyed the sequence and targeted poses in this class, but man, to put so many videos in the middle of a yoga class is really offputting. I either had to move out of my pose to press Skip Ad or just ride the pose out while the ad played, but then was uneven on the two sides. Please reconsider where you allow ads to be placed, maybe rather just at the start and the end.
I agree. Liked the flow, but I got up at least 5 X to skip ads. Ads at the beginning and end are good. I watch most of the ads at the beginning because I know it benefits the content poster.
@@label2659 yes, I agree it's only fair to watch the ones at the start. I guess because it's an old video the channel hasn't removed the in video ads. Maybe I will try to email! Love the video so it's worth a moment.
i don't understand how birckenstocks would be comfortable behind my back lol...or why I would put shoes on my yoga mat...anyways this sequence has been a savior right now thank you
Mostly stretching in this one; not much flow, so it's perfect for getting those long-day-at-the-office kinks out. Note to self: It would be cool to pair this one with a flow warm-up to prepare the body for all the stretching. Thanks Tim!
I just want to say all your video's are excellent. you explain every thing so well. I have told many friends and yoga teachers about you. keep up the great vibe you give. Thanks from UK
Thank you for sharing! I have been to see several body practitioners and find it very difficult to know whether I am doing the exercises they give me correctly. The result is that I don't end up doing the exercises. Being able to watch your videos has helped me be consistent about stretching and exercising daily. Your explanations are excellent and being able to understand why I am doing a certain pose, has helped me to better understand the root of my issues. I really admire that you are sharing your knowledge on this platform, it makes it very accessible for anyone who might need it.
This was better than I expected. I've never practised with a male teacher before, as I feel more comfortable around women, but Tim is great. Very relaxed, open and honest. The movements felt natural, even though I modified a few poses here and there --- only because my lower back hurts and I became quite dizzy in warrior. I might even come back and do another session, which says A LOT about how impressed I am right now.
Amazing, I'm an office worker but also drive a 3 hour round trip to get to work. My back feels great after this practise. I would say anybody who is on the road for long periods this is a must too! Thanks so much Tim!
I'm always in such a blissful state and feel like I have such s strong body after your classes! I practice daily with you. THANK YOU. Can't wait for your workshop on Monday!!
thanks Tim. I actually pulled my back out due to a stiff neck a few days ago and couldn't practice, so this is just what I needed. Would love some strong neck stretch exercises if you have any please . Cheers
Loving this video! Spending so much time at my desk working / studying... Is there any way of getting a written / picture version of this workout? Thanks
Thankyou Tim. My wife and I do a session with you every week. We are newbies it would be good if there was a rating system on your videos so we know which ones we shouldn't attempt 😅
Great video. I really like how you explained what the purpose of each pose was and how to do it. I'm a beginner and often don't know why I'm doing a pose in the class and what it's meant to achieve.
Best yoga practice I have ever done. For the first time instead of cramming myself into poses it did the alignment practices and slide into the poses like I had been doing yoga for weeks. I feel amazing.
Love this video, almost immediately started easing back pain. For the next one I'd add in some neck stretches as well. Thank you for all the efforts to make these videos, they're so wonderful!
