Been doing this session for nearly a year and love it. Today in South Australia by the mighty River Murray at Loxton camping ground. Sun shining trees blowing in a strong breeze,the river sparkling. Such a great feeling. Thx.

Tim - my lower back has become seized up from every timyoe of yoga I've tried over the last few months, yin, restorative, Yang, slow flows.... they all irritated my lower back but this has made it feel happy again... will be doing this daily (with one day break as recommended). Thank you so much 🙏🏽

If I could like this every time I watch it, there'd be about ten more likes and a couple more from me each week. Thanks for adding basic lessons like this. I don't see the link to the strength exercises you mentioned though. If you could add those, that'd be great.

Hey, Tim! Really loved this class. Using a block on the side of the hip as you bring the lifted leg out to the side was a really great idea! But, where is the link to the video of exercises to strengthen the hips? I’m dying to try it. Thanks, in advance, for digging it up.

Great class to do while my back is healing. I usual do all of your classes but I strained something while doing spring clean up and had to take several days off. I needed an easy safe class ro work back up to my usual workout and this was great!. TY

Thanks so much Tim - I've got issues with forward head posture and upper cross which have been worsening over the last couple of years and in my normal 'flow' practise, my back has been really sore. I'm now using this session to really back off for a while to let my back get stronger before I can build things up. It was great to find this from you, alongside other FWP exercises, I think it's really going to help.

Day 3 - Best tip: avoid your ribs to flare up. Keeping this awereness in every single posture helps me to find the best confortable way to go into the pose. I noticed that it works for me to go to down dog with small steps back instead just one big one. The imbalance produces to much pressure to the lower back. Still improving and happy with that.

Thank you so much! I hurt my back this passed weekend and my chiropractor says no damage but I have a locked up TI in the lower back! and my hip was out! there has been a lot of pain this flow was perfect! and I feel so much better! I am so grateful for you! With Humbled gratitude.... K.

Tim, Sometimes it takes an injury for us to remember why 'you must stretch.' I think I have done this video 20+ times and this is the first time I did it on the lowest difficulty but this was perfect for my strained back! Thanks for all the great videos,

5 days ago I was in lots of lower back pain after lifting a massive goose out of the oven stupidly...I started doing Tim's back pain sessions once a day and now I'm almost completely better! The reminder I needed that I need to practice regularly to maintain my body instead of just running (hobbling) to yoga to cure me when my back goes out! Thank you Tim, you're the yoga teacher everyone needs in their life!👍

many thanks to you for all your videos.... I've been suffering from back pain this past couple weeks while being super busy focusing on my final electrician exams and have had no time for exercise in-between..... today is my driving practical exam and I found it hard to sleep last night with anxiety.... all these different things going on this year giving me good reason to feel anxious and stressed out.... but these videos overtime help me come back into my body and really help calm my nerves..... after this video I feel a lot calmer... feel a little bit like crying but it feels calm and good and my backs feeling awake .... really appreciate your work and commitment as a yoga teacher.... many thanks to you tim you legend :) cheers buddy x

Thank you, this video has genuinely helped me with lower back pain I've been dealing with for about 6 months. I was using Shatsu massage and cupping, that helped, but this has been key to long term pain relief. You're awesome, Tim!

I injured my back two months ago, very badly! My healing came to a stand still about a month ago. Found this sequence two weeks ago and have been doing it almost daily and I feel sooo much better and am improving! Thank you Tim! This is working better than my physical therapy sessions!
