Welcome to this 35 min lower body yoga flow. This class focuses on the balance between strength and flexibility for strong and supple legs.
Within this sequence we'll be focusing on the hamstrings, hip flexors, adductors and abductors with a series of poses that will strengthen and lengthen your muscles.
This is an all levels yoga flow with options throughout so that you can choose a variation of each pose that feels best in your body.

Sending you gratitude and appreciation for this class Charlie. It was perfect for my tight legs after days of running 🏃‍♀️ and bike rides 🚲. I love how it's a balance of strength building and flexibility. My legs actually felt quite strong after, and a lot less tighter. Perfect 🥰. I also love this type of flow. My knees at 52 honestly can't keep up with your creative transitions most times 😅. Thank you for sharing your practice,may you continue to do so with love and energy always. 🙏

Thanks Charlie for the leg strengthening practice. Usually the legs and the wrists are viable to injury during practicing yoga, Pilates or other exercises and activities. I will be surprised if you share a yoga practice for wrist and shoulder strengthening. God bless you!!!!

@@CharlieFollows I found it after I commented. Don’t I feel silly 😜! I’m not new to yoga but also not experienced. I would love a series of videos aimed at newbies but still challenging and pushing us towards more elaborate poses such as crow, lotus, camel, bow etc.
