Welcome to this 35 min lower body yoga flow. This class focuses on the balance between strength and flexibility for strong and supple legs.
Within this sequence we'll be focusing on the hamstrings, hip flexors, adductors and abductors with a series of poses that will strengthen and lengthen your muscles.
This is an all levels yoga flow with options throughout so that you can choose a variation of each pose that feels best in your body.
