Good morning Bird! I just did this stretch after my workout! Oh my goodness! This is one of the best! I don't think I'm really a beginner but this class is now one of my favorites! The muscles on my thighs always cramp up no matter how much warmup i do before the cardio exercise,, this yoga really helped me to relieve those cramped muscles in an instant, this is amazing! I will subscribe! 💚

This was good. This is my very first day doing yoga.. I can’t fully stretch all the way but I did the best I could. I’ll be able to be flexible with time but I’ll definitely be learning through you ❤

This was great! My neck is healing from an injury, so I like that this didn’t have too many weight-bearing poses (I just did a different hamstring stretch during down dog).

This was great! Somehow I injured my knee running and they’ve hurt really bad. During this my one knee popped which may not be a good sign but it felt good so I enjoyed this

Hello Athena! I danced salsa for some years with high heels. I developed different chronic pains especially because of the shoes that I wasn’t used to wear to do all the movements and styling... So I hope that everything will be fine for you! 🙂

I am starting "again" workout after being depressed couple of months. I feel my muscle so stiff, last night I even have to put herbal balm and drink my pain killer just to fall asleep. I will do this exercise every morning..thank you so much...really helps..
