Some days are hard to just move the body, today was one of those days. I didn't feel like doing yoga today, but i am glad i showed up for myself. It felt so good after!💛
I’m struggling with anxiety and panic attacks at the moment and I’ve been looking for some yoga to calm my mind down as part of my daily routine. This is just so soothing for me - it’s a nice pace and it just chills me out. Today is going to be a good day, thank you ❤

Been doing these mornings and nights for a few days, not new to yoga, but not an expert; not very flexible. But, amazing feeling from these I'm hooked. For some reason I get emotional towards the end when we stay for a moment with the palms up. Also my digestion is better. Please don't stop. Blackout is awesome I have one too.

This was my favourite episode from the series so far. I started a few days late and took a couple of days off for mince pies and custard! But I definitely feel better for these sessions and people are even noticing. Thank you for the best yoga sessions on RU-vid.

LOL did anyone else get freaked out by how absolutely GIANT the dogs head looked at some points during the practice? Just from the angles of where he was laying so close to the camera it looked like his head was ENORMOUS! it was so impressive haha!
@@YogaWithBird that is amazing! I love dogs so much. At around 8:22 for example the proportions of his head looks like the entire span of your chest / shoulders. Idk if it is just me but it made me giggle so ty. :D
I'm learning my left side is restricted and not as flexible as my right I need to work on balance in my body . I really appreciate your videos !!!!!❤🎉❤
