This is awesome,. Have a quick question, i am not able to sit on the floor cross-legged for long as my right knee does not come down all the way to the floor ( my left side is fine). So wanted to understand if its tight IT Band that cause this issue or is it tight glutes ? Also when i sit for long and while getting up feel stiffness behind my knee for few secs. I am a software professional who sit and work for long periods. Any assistance would be appreciated. Wanted to do the right relaxing poses to help my problem. Thanks a ton in advance.

What a wonderful class! Those cross-body leg stretches were intense, particularly the initial part. Perhaps it's because for once I had my legs totally engaged, I don't know. But it hurt so good!
