WOW! This was exactly what I needed! I feel so relaxed, thank you! The strap work, especially the slightly cross body, was phenomenal. Also thank you for taking some time for shavasana at the end before cutting the video. I don't like to have to get up and stop RU-vid from playing the next :)

Been doing this one for a while & it really hits the spot, I have a request could you do one for the external hip rotators, from the piriformis to quadratus femoris & all those small deep muscles in between would be great

This is awesome,. Have a quick question, i am not able to sit on the floor cross-legged for long as my right knee does not come down all the way to the floor ( my left side is fine). So wanted to understand if its tight IT Band that cause this issue or is it tight glutes ? Also when i sit for long and while getting up feel stiffness behind my knee for few secs. I am a software professional who sit and work for long periods. Any assistance would be appreciated. Wanted to do the right relaxing poses to help my problem. Thanks a ton in advance.

What a wonderful class! Those cross-body leg stretches were intense, particularly the initial part. Perhaps it's because for once I had my legs totally engaged, I don't know. But it hurt so good!

My lower back cracked about 5 times on each side when I did the down dog with the twisted feet. Crazy I've never seen that pose from any other yogi!
