The body is not meant to be stressed by weights. It's meant to be stretched. It's meant to be flexible. A flexible tree stands strong during a storm, while a rigid and tough tree breaks. The idea is not to look like a model. The idea is to be healthy both on the inside and outside. A yoga practising man will always outlive a gym going man
Ya but looking good and being strong also helps thats why its best to go gym and also do yoga I mean you if you are man you gotta look like you are capable of harming someone, only yoga is good for women and gay man.
@@Jack-ii8tlyogas amazing for us men with chronic issues and is also amazing for bodybuilders who have lost mobility do to the mass amounts of hard muscle.
@@user-uu9kj3nt6yyes and no. Working out is predominantly contracting muscles. Sure you are lengthening during a rep, but you aren’t necessarily stretching the muscle beyond its normal range of motion. So if you ONLY lift weights, you will become less flexible because the physiological adaptation is for your muscles to be better at contracting in that limited range of motion. Does it require flexibility to squat? Sure. But does it make you MORE flexible if you squat? Not necessarily.
What the heck is "Hinduism"? That's like calling like the totality of European thought, traditions, philosophies, religions and art and architecture "Westernerism".@@MarshaloftheEmpire
