Yoga Nidra originates from ancient India, and it was there in 2017, at the Ananda in the Himalayas, that I first learned of this hugely transformational practice.
The benefits of Yoga Nidra seem to be endless. Personally, I feel more grounded, calmer, and happier in my everyday life. The emotional centre of my body is far more stable. I don't take things personally anymore. I compare myself to others less. I sleep better. I have far more energy during the day - I could go on and on.
