Love this one! Did it lying down with a bunch of heavy weighted pillows along my body. My heart rate and heart space felt much softer after ❤

I had only 5h of sleep last night due to a busy shedule from family-centered Sunday to college-centered Monday transition. This meditation helped me unwind before bed after a long day of sleep deprivation Thank you

I was just thinking of you the other day wondering how you were doing. Glad to hear this meditation helped you unwind and get some sleep!

I've done this two days in a row. So relaxing. The first time I listened the most brilliant, simple solution to a question I'd been wrestling with for months bubbled up.

Ahh! That is fantastic, I have only had that happen once to me and it was the coolest feeling! Thanks so much for joining me.

One of the best. The pace of shifting awareness to different parts of the body is faster than other that helps me hold attention better. 🙏 thank you

Hi, What is the science of creating NSDR for different purposes? Is there a time schedule for these different kinds of NSDR for better optimised days, evenings, nights and weeks. Kindly share more contextual information if possible. Thanks for the kind attention. Thanks and Regards. Sincerely

Great question! The reason for creating classes with different purposes is because these NSDR's are yoga nidras. What is unique to the practice of yoga nidra is the sankalapa. The sankalpa or positive intention is repeated in the practice and acts like a seed that is planted into the subconscious mind. The use of a sankalpa can help you see changes and shifts faster in your life because when the sankalpa is repeated in deep rest, you are in a slow brain wave, that gives direct access to your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is where your beliefs, habits and samskaras are held. The intentions are always optional, so one may do the practice but revel in no sankalapa or use a sankalpa that is personal to them. Hope this helps! Also to answer your question on when to practice, check out my lastest youtube short where I share my opinion on that!

@@lorenrunion Hi, Thanks for taking the time and effort to give such a long and sincere clarification. I am sorry that I cannot contribute monetarily. Since I don't have the required level of knowledge I will keep on seeking further clarifications. The idea of planting intentions and reaping effects is great. I hope I can use it too effectively and responsibly, in the right manner. Thanks for the kind attention. Thanks and Regards. Sincerely
