This is a full length yoga nidra practice with attention moved through the physical, energetic, mental/emotional, and intuitive bodies to then land in the single eye of the heart - the Shante Ishta. Our most ancient and secret language as human beings has always been the heart. This is an opportunity to recenter attention in the wisdom chamber that we carry around with us at all times. This is in dedication to Russ (1961 - 2019), who came to me as a student but quickly became one of my teachers.

Thank you very much, i love your yoga nidras! I just heared that you changed the music of this one. I really like the new music. I would only recommend by future ones to make the music a little bit softer. In the beginning it took my attention a bit away from your voice. For the rest also with the new music super good!

I did change the music so there wouldn't be any ads in it. I am working with this new composer and slowly figuring out the volume of my voice. Thank you for your feedback. I will use it with the other ones I re-record. Bless.

You are doing an amazing job here with your yoga nidra meditations and just wanted to give it as a feedback so that you knew. We are also making meditations and other videos and are always using movavi video editor to edit music and videos. You could always give that one a try if you are still looking for a good one. There you can give every audio an own volume. Have a great day and hopefully you can making new ones😊

I listen every night! Just perfect, and so much a part of me, it all aligns. Thank you so much. I would also comment that sometimes the music overtook voice and was distracting.
