I made a soft and fluffy yoghurt cake.
The aroma of yoghurt and lemon is very subtle and delicious.
The ingredients are simple so they are easy to prepare. Enjoy it with coffee or tea.

✤ Yolk dough
-30 g (3 tbsp. L.) Cake flour
10 grams (1 tablespoon) cornstarch
-240 g sugar-free yogurt
-1Lemon
-2 pinches of salt
-3 egg yolks (large egg)
✤ meringue
-3 egg whites (large egg) 5 small eggs
50 g (5 tablespoons) sugar
-10 g (1 tablespoon) lemon juice
✤ TIP
-Total weight of 3 eggs 190 g (before breaking)
- Oven temperature: 150 ℃ (302) preheat / 150 ℃ (302 ℉) 30 minutes / 140 ℃ (284 ℉) 30 minutes / 10 minutes rest in the oven (total baking time 60 minutes)

-After cooling completely, separate the cake pan and paper.
