YOGIC MORNING ROUTINE | WHAT I DO IN MORNING | MY MORNING
Namaste, seekers. In this video, I am sharing my morning routine and how I start my spiritual morning with a yoga practice and conscious Satvik thinking for personal growth. It is crucial that your day begins spiritually with a clear vision, a clear mind, and by taking care of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. To begin my morning routine, I wake up early and spend a few moments in gratitude, expressing thanks for the new day and the opportunities it brings. Then, I move into my yoga practice, focusing on deep breathing and gentle stretches to awaken my body and energize my mind. As I flow through the poses, I allow myself to be fully present in the moment, letting go of any worries or distractions from the outside world. This time on my mat serves as a sacred space for me to connect with my inner self and set positive intentions for the day ahead. After my yoga practice, I sit in meditation, finding stillness and peace within. I take this time to quiet my mind, observe my thoughts, and cultivate a sense of inner calm. Through meditation, I am able to tap into my inner wisdom and intuition, gaining clarity and guidance for the day. I also incorporate affirmations and positive visualizations into my morning routine, using the power of words and imagery to create a positive mindset and attract abundance into my life. By starting my day with these spiritual practices, I am able to create a solid foundation for personal growth and well-being. I feel grounded, centered, and ready to embrace whatever challenges or blessings come my way. Remember, your morning routine sets the tone for the rest of your day, so make it a priority to nourish your body, mind, and spirit each morning.

I would request you to make some videos on how to walk correctly on smooth surface, uphill and downhill. This will help many of us who like to walk daily. Shukria.

If it is exercise, I think you know better but if it is sadhna then it should be after bath when you take shower you follow niyama(saucha- mental. purification)

Sir, thank you for sharing. I have observed that the nostril which gets blocked in the morning is the nostril on the side that I was sleeping. In this video your right nostril was blocked and we saw that when the cameraman entered your room, you were sleeping on right side. Maybe if you sleep on your back for 5-10 minutes before getting up would open up both the nostrils? Also, I have observed that if I eat deep fried food the previous evening, then the blockage of the nostrils is more severe.

All inflammatory foods cause an increase in secretions throughout the body and therefore blockages. Whenever I have to eat with my family when I visit them for a few days, and I can't always avoid all pro-inflammatory foods, my nose in the morning is more closed... In India , male children live with their father and mother till the parents leave their bodies. (Of course Daughters will be living with her husband and his parents). That’s why there’s no such concept of old age homes in India until recently, which is imported from the west.

Less lemon more water, try 32 oz of water and 1/4 lemon. Doesn’t take much to get the effect.
