TheAwsome306 It's to do with how RU-vid encodes its' videos. When you upload your video, it gets uploaded in the highest resolution available (because uploading it in the various different resolutions would have to be done on the uploaders' side, and that's a lot of work that can be done by an algorithm/computer). When it gets sent to sub boxes it usually gets released in stages, 144, 240, 360, 480, 720, 1080, 1440 and 2160 in that order. For this video it's only in 360 for PC, and 360 + 144 for mobile, so the comment saying they've got it in 240p is bullshitting. Years ago RU-vid was really bad at this and it would take up to an hour for a 15 minute video, now it's significantly more rare (due, in part, to content creators uploading their videos a few days in advance, then scheduling the date and time they would release to give the chance for it to render out the other resolutions), this video seems to be the odd occasion where RU-vid has fucked it, and not actually loaded the other resolutions. This could be fixed in a few seconds or not at all. EDIT: To clarify, *it* *doesn't* *take* *longer* *to* *upload* *in* *full* *HD*, it uploads the full HD video in one, then RU-vid processes it into the other resolutions.

360p krew, didn't matter, watched the whole thing interesting Pyrion clowning on them for feeding Turps money because he was showing strength with that set 10s, though. Turps has seemingly been rather loose in the past, wouldn't you want to face him down if you think you have a good hand? (Obviously in this case he had the set, but the point is he's a known liar at poker)

Basically: RU-vid fucked it. Normally RU-vid releases in stages after rendering (this is my understanding, I could be a little wrong), and over time it releases the higher qualities. It normally gets to full resolution pretty soon, but for some reason it's not doing it properly for this one, and it's stuck in 360p.
