500 g cultured mushrooms,
1 onion,
2 cloves of Garlic,
5 tablespoons of oil,
2 tablespoons of butter,
2 tablespoons of spring onion,
1 Teaspoon of Salt,
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper,
1 teaspoon of chili pepper,
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder,
FOR YOGHURT SAUCE;
4 tablespoons of yoghurt,
1 pinch of salt,
1 tablespoon spring onion,
1 tablespoon Parsley,
2 cloves of garlic,
A few drops of lemon juice,
FOR THE ABOVE;
1 tablespoon yoghurt sauce,
Parsley,
Fresh onion ,
