The crazy part was how quietly she took out the first guy. She literally threw her dagger so hard that it punched a hole through the door and impaled the guy through the head and stuck to the wall. With minimal noise. 😮
I love how Lloid’s delusion about being caught for not buying Anya a keychain illustrates the extent he’s removed from normal human interaction. He can fake it with the best, which is him, but he’s actually really similar to Anya and Yor in that sense, they all have those little scenes where they worry about being found out for the silliest things. But they all fit together really well because of it and Yor and Lloid especially have massive blind spots where the other is concerned solely due to it.
It's "gama" with one "m". And it's the word "kama" which actually means "sickle", but if we attach it to the word "kusari" _("chain"),_ then "k" changes to "g". _(Thus "kusari gama" is a compound word, so it's supposed to be written either as "kusarigama" or as "kusari-gama".)_ This is apparently what confused Anya.
It's not that the assassins are "on that level where they don't care about killing their own", in fact they actually have a standard and code that they follow. The main guy was basically saying that they're not savages that would just go around and kill randomly like what that one dude suggested. They're only here for the target, nothing more. That's why they killed off that one dude cuz to them, he's not a real assassin, he's just a psychopath.
reason yor went out of her way to deal with the other two assassins in the ball area descretly is because it is part of her mission to not raise comotion. she had inner dialogue multiple times stating this. if they just go all out the mission will be compromised and the whole ship trip will be a waste and they would need to do it all over again. so when barnaby attacked her in the open she was worried with the fact he was able to literally pass by her and his target without showing any bloodlust (for sake of comparison the guy she took down with a button was oozing bloodlust without even knowing they were present. simply waiting and looking for them was emiting bloodlust that she was able to notice). barnaby is on another level and reason she has worried look on her face is because barnaby can seriously endanger her mission regardless of how easy or difficult she can take him out. it is not matter of power scaling but matter of mission success
Yor was such a badass, and Loid was cracking me up every time he was on screen. Anya's quick thinking helps save the day once again. So proud of her too!
actually it is his fault. if he did not make that call there would be no assassins on this cruise and there would be no bugs placed around. i know what you are refering to (the mother giving baby's name allowing the guy behind the bugs to connect the dots) but that only helped the assassins put the name and a face to a target. they knew target is on this ship before ship even sailed thanks to that call so it is his fault
it is not that they had information they will be on this cruise. they had information that they are leaving and from his conversation with his parents they had rough idea about time. with organization that big they can plant agents on every traveling vesel both on water, air and land and bug everything. it just so happened that this cruise with them on it is the one having the screentime. that doesnt mean this ship is only one with agents and bugs planted for sake of finding them. @@username-ql8ox
I am impressed by your dedication, Agent Ange: mentioning that Yor is on top of your "waifu" list next to your actual wife does indeed take some guts ;) Signed, Not a Director of Anything
Every badass old guy with light hair in anime is Daddy Nanami now. He changed the game. I’m more of a Captain Kishibe guy myself but I can see the appeal.
Usually I don’t ask this; but because the movie is out now, I would love to see you guys react to both SSSS GRIDMAN and SSSS DYNAZENON! Both incredible power rangers kind of series with great mecha designs and incredible character storylines to go with it!
Bruh. The reason they EXPOSED, is because the BUG in the previous episode! Why you two believe about that fake husband story about calling his family? 😅 Come on you can do better. That director believe it because the most believable possibility. But we as audience know the real reason. Because the bug under that seat. And when Shaty talk about "Gram. His name is Gram like my father's name". The informat knows the family of "Shaty".
Ok this is a little late and someone has probably already mentioned it, but there might’ve been a misunderstanding with who “Garden” is. Yor is an assassin from “Garden, the assassins she fights against is not from Garden, they are stand alones that work by themselves. In this episode one of the assassins mentions that if the bodyguard was from Garden they should work together to kill Olka (Shaty) and her son and split the bounty between then cuz even one member of Garden is strong enough to kill them all is what he was implying.
Anime watchers who are Yor lovers: WE ARE EATING Manga readers who are Nightfall lovers: US TOO But also there was that scene with Lloid and Yor at the end of the most recent arc, it was so fuckin’ good.
