This… is actually a GOATED video. I don’t often click on video that have “low views” (even though having people from different parts of the world deciding to click on a video is awesome). I never really understood the author’s hiatus problems, of course I knew it was because of back pain problems but I didn’t think it would be such a big problem (I know that’s very naive). But after watching this video from you and your personal experience, I know greatly understand why it would be hard for him to keep making this story. I wish more mangaka would insist on switching from weekly to monthly once they have established themselves like Araki did. Of course it wouldn't solve all health issues but can't hurt. Maintaining the grind of weekly publication over a long career is absurd.

Not all anime are based on manga. For example, Evangelion, Gurren Lagann, Madoka Magica, Gundam, Cowboy Bebop, etc did not have a manga in the first place.

…Manga is not pronounced that way. Also, not all anime’s are off of mangas plus mangas are usually off of light novels. Some anime’s are original with no manga or light novel. Usually they have mangas that come out after the release and the stories tend to differ a little.

just wrote a LN and let aspiring new artists to adapt it to manga , there are many artists that are very good at drawing but sucks at making a good story .

I totally disagree. Successful mangakas have complete teams to assist them, for example, Togashi himself didn't draw the scenery details of the phantom troupe flashback volume, his assistants did. I've read somewhere that they even offered him to supervise while they draw everything and he refused, stating that he loves his characters so much he wouldn't let anyone else draw them.
