Pork Slices cooked Yoshinoya Style (Using Accesible Ingredients to Filipinos)
1 pc White Onion (250 grams)
2 tbsp white sugar
3 tbsp soy sauce
1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
½ kg pork slices (bacon cut)
1 thumb size ginger sliced
Spring Onion for Garnish
1. In a pot combine white sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and 1 cup of water.
2. Bring to boil. Add white onion and ginger. Simmer for 3-4 mins to until the onion are tender.
3. Add pork slices and cook until no longer pink. (Madali lang itong maluto dahil manipis lang ang gayat ng pork)
4. Once luto na ang pork, serve over rice and garnish with spring onion.
5. Enjoy!
