The YOSUDA is great, but I did just get my RENPHO AI bike last night and after my initial tests, it doesn't look good for YOSUDA...this bike is a lot cheaper if you are aiming to save money and is good quality. Happy holidays to all. Be fit, game on! TIMESTAMPS: 0:00 Intro 0:13 Overview 0:49 Purchase Details 1:35 Pros 3:40 Cons 8:20 Buy Again? 9:32 Outro
Non of your "Cons" I find my "Cons" This is an amazing, sturdy and very simple bike. Adjusting the knob is like when peddaling on a regular road bike! Its never at the exact dialled point or need an exact tension or speed. Move on, it's a bike and you're moving your legs. The bike ss actually very light: I bought it used from a good friend that rode it a handfull of times and the seat works as it should otherwise, you people usually have prefferences and can easily get it replaced for a different style or fit. Thats part of dialling the bike to your needs. Like adjusting high or handlebars. By the way, I went to get the bike on my pick up truck and I loaded and unloaded it by myself. It's light. For me, the only thing I track is miles and maybe time. Simple. heart rate you can use your own phone. This is a very simple bike with tons of great reviews. I paid 70 for mine used on offer up. I was a professional cyclist for over 5 years when I was very young. racing mostly short speed distances on track. I am retired now, getting old, and I find I can ride in front of my computer while I watch the stock market. Good luck!
Nice, I am glad you enjoy it :) If you find value with it that is great. I personally like the RENPHO bike more, but if it fits you and your goals, keep going with it.
I literally lay and sit around all day! This might help. I’m not gaining weight but I know I’m losing muscle from not really moving all day and I don’t want to risk blood clots. This is within my budget so I might try it. I’m 5’4 btw. This looks like a good size spin bike for me!!!
Personally, I'd take up resistance training. However, if you are sold on spin bikes, check out my RENPHO review as that is the one I use and is far better than this one :)
Right now, I do a 15 minute -intensity increasing bike and a 1 mile race. That's it, but things could change. Burn around 200 to 100 depending on the type I do that day.
I just picked this up, the price on this bike is even lower now. $309 at the moment. The Joroto and renpho bikes are a bit higher, so for people like me who really need something affordable, it sounds like this is still a viable option.
This one is pretty loud vs the RENPHO bike I have. They are different styles, but if I wanted a quite bike I'd go with the RENPHO one (if comparing against this one).
Hey dude merry Christmas and by the way my mom just gave me a Fitbit versa 3 for Christmas so now I can track my steps and other things tho it’s sucks I need Spotify premium In order to use and I need to have my phone in Order to use voice assistant
Merry Christmas! That's pretty nice they got you a Versa though. Let me know what you think of it and I may test it later or when the next version launches. Use it well.
Where do you see 8? Is that listed on your dial? Sorry I use the RENHPO bike now and haven't used this one for a while. You can see my latest review on it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wFduxBppdi0.html
Only of you burn more calories than you consume. It may help get you there, but that's the only way to burn fat. As it is cardio, it may burn muscle if you don't weight lift alongside it.
