Me and my mate used to ride up snowdon on our birthdays..started in 2002 on my 18th. One year I took my mums dressing gown for a sleeping bag (light weight baby). Anyway, it was flipping hard work, especially on my old Kona.
Tandem challenge? See how many McDonald's you can visit in 24hrs? Hook Cam up to a lie detector & make him say Rouvy is good? The collab possibilities are endless 👍
I did that on a full sus mtb and it blows my mind someone would even attempt that on a gravel bike... That was the equivalent of watching someone ride the Paris-Roubaix cobbles on a kids tricycle.
The C5 was a wee bit ahead of its time, the idea was there just the execution poor. Btw, I have the Ribble and the assist is great, works well and kicks in at the right time etc. Next time, for a next series, do "Can Cam Cycle Up........?" and then "Can Pritch Descend .....?"
This is the sporting version of yours eyes being too big for your belly 😂. We can all relate to that level of regret and moaning. One might say there’s definitely a bit of Chris in everyone 👀😂.
You would've enjoyed that a lot more on a MTB. That is well beyond what a gravel bike can do, but I've seen vids of it being done without a problem on a MTB.
Honestly Chris as a hill Walker and having climbed a lot of mountains, including this one several times over the years, what was you and Cam thinking 😂😂 Ben Nevis, in winter with bikes. Madness. What was it on the summit minus 17 and not even dressed for Mountain weather in winter. Right decision made, to sack it off. Don’t think Mountain Rescue would have been happy 😂😂😂. Love your craziness but, Next time wait for summer, I’d hate for either one of you to get hurt.
Where's the spirit of George Mallory? He only had a few layers of tweed some Kendal's mint cake and a box of swan vestas. OK his frozen corpse has been on Mt Everest since 1924 but come on lad.
