Please do not worry about the abnormal pap. I had the same thing as you, they removed the bad cells and I am fine. No re-occurrence. It isn’t major surgery, it’s in and out. You can even go back to work the same day although I chose to stay home. I wouldn’t worry about fertility, it’s a few cells off your cervix and they grow back. You aren’t messing with the ovaries or womb. If you are worried talk to your doctor in depth. They should help you feel better.

very interested in your journey as I also just got a colposcopy and have been trying to boost my immunity but I am thinking I will probably get the procedure done. my gynecologist keeps me hopeful because she has gone through all of this herself and had 2 colposcopy's and the LEEP procedure to get rid of all the bad cells and she safely delivered 2 healthy babies and she's now 40 years old. stay positive sunshine!! love you sezzy

Daphne Beauregard hmm that’s not nice. People grow and change girlfriend . And we all have to do what we can to be successful, and go her for doing what she loves. I’ve watched her new and her older videos. I love her newer ones because you can tell she’s so genuinely happy and authentic. You can’t expect to be the same person you are now in 3 years . And holding on to the past is never good. We must learn and grow and be our truest selves if we want to be happy.

What I do to make me feel better about myself does not define who I am as a person, and it does not define Sarah. It’s actually quite silly to think that way. Some people are just too scared to go after their goals so they have to try to bring other people down.

I remember when I went to the Gyno and they told me that I had irregular cells forming. Luckily, my body was able to fight it off (level 2). You will be able to get through it, Sarah! And I'm wishing you the best! Also, I hope LovingEarth is able to send "your candy" to the US. I looopvvveee fruit and nut mix. I would literally rather have that than any candy.

I had my first Pap smear 3 years ago and it came back abnormal and this year was the third year in a row it came back like that so next week I go in for a colposcopy (and tbd if they’ll do a biopsy) and I’m super nervous for it but also happy to know anything sooner than later and knowing that you’ve gone through a similar situation makes me feel less nervous about the whole situation

Sarah!! Which video is it, that you discuss the foods you've been eating to help fight your CIN 3? I've been dealing with varying levels on CIN for the past 2 plus years, and I was getting positive results. However my last colposcopy came back with CIN3. I now have to go back in 3 months, and am hoping to do all that I can to put myself in the best position possible. I've been googling and on Pinterest to look at what I should be adding into my diet, but looked that video, but now I can't find it! Thanks for the help!!
