I usually run at a pace of 6 mins/km and I really want to improve that and my overall running fitness. It would be a massive help if you could make a video all about running. What u eat before and after a run, your progress with running, etc. also love u Sarah and all your positivity :)

You should look into coffee decaffeinated by the Swiss water method!! No harsh chemicals used at all only water to decaffeinate. A lot of organic brands will use this method if you look into it!
