Whenever this channel pops up on my feeds I get big hope something special is coming. You motivate me a lot. Day 165 no going back. It takes a toll and I mean a huge toll on the body to manufacture semen. A lot of energy is required. The orgasm (the energy that forces semen out), is what weakens the man. It is why when a man ejaculates, he immediately feels tired or drowsy, restless, he becomes easily frustrated etc. When a man ejaculates in a woman, the woman gets the 'glow'. It is why women glow after sex. The semen that is ejaculated in her is responsible for giving her that glow. The man loses his glow because he ejaculated while the woman receiving the semen inside her glows. Sexual pleasure is the downfall of man. I suggest you read a book called "The Bliss of the Celibate". It is free on the internet as pdf. You will understand why the great yogis abstained from sex and is detrimental effects on a man.

Semen retention and transmutation of sexual energy is different form. Let me clear to you. Semen is life force. This life force has extraordinary potential than another fluid so if you waste meaninglessly for momentary dopamine spike pleasure your tenacity and determination will slow down naturally. Everytime you ejaculate your body secrete prolacting hormone which is responsible for lethargy after seminal loss.
