I played sports since yung age , started lifting weights at 17. In my early 20s i got focused on bodybuilding. 2h a day, 6 days a week. I was eating 4 times a day, quality food, about 2 lbs of chicken and beef a day among other things. At 6’1 the biggest I got was 193 lbs with about 8-10 % body fat. I looked good, I was cut but couldn’t get bigger

100% veritas Ferfal. I believe this was the point of "The Matrix" movie... to let us know that our perceived reality, really is subject all the influences that we allow into our minds. To filter all this perception garbage out, is to break away from those chains of a distorted reality and live in a more honest way with our own souls. I think it all comes down to being happy with one's self, so we won't chase these fake ideas.

I watched the interview Annie did with Shawn Ryan, it was primarily about the nuclear topic of her latest book. She came across too authoritative, I think she honestly believes that all of the "high level" former gov officials for example, like Panetta wouldn't lie to her about such a serious matter. It was clear she didn't understand the science or the physics as she kept using the 'explain like I am five' presentation as though that is really complete and unchangable. I don't think she is lying intentionally, but when you believe some who lies to you, and you pass along that lie, you are lying regardless, howbeit unintentionally. Bottom line, lies are out there, be cautious.
