17:30 I’m still listening however I had to write this while it’s fresh. I literally clicked on this video 11 mins after it was posted and I literally just finished connecting with my inner child. Remembering and finally giving her the space to express her feelings and cry. Like boohoo snot nose cry 😭 Several memories came to mind and I just released the energy. That was intense. This is all going on for me right now. I had been so good at keeping this higher vibration, then one day this week i felt this energy that was soo heavy and it was disruptive and I wasnt thinking right, I was foggy, and it completely messed up two days that should have been wonderful days with my husband..I showed the low vibration, I'm not proud. So hard to come bacn from, but i know its shadow stuff and its necessary, tryjng to go through it all. Im going to try this write everything down again and see what im missing...
