This is very relevant all throughout history, people always fighting for a higher cause, which is almost always just propaganda, brainwashing, brain rot. Humanity can't handle freedom sadly, they always need something to guide them, look at what we have now that western societies have rejected faith and religion. It takes real courage to be free and assume the responsibilites and self-accountability that comes with it.

yeah, they seriously stepped up the lyrics in this game And that's entirely because Lotus Juice wrote them lol, he is so much better at writing English lyrics than Shoji is, mainly due to the fact that Shoji Meguro... doesn't know English. Daredevil (in this game) is easily my favorite Lyn song, hell, PERSONA song, because it's so badass and the lyrics don't sound like persona lyrics, they sound like SONG lyrics.

@@garr_inc Yeah, I just found the theme to fit Strikers way more now that Monarchs are given understandable reasons for why they were twisted. The lyrics are very much about them, and it’s saying to be stronger and rise up; fantastic lesson.
Listening to the final boss theme, I noticed that they used the same melody as they used here, when Lyn sings "You are stronger than all things that made you weak" A lovely use of lietmotifs, a great way to call back to the emotions they made us feel at the very beginning of the game

I got Persona 5 strikers limited edition and when I installed the bonus,this song played and I was immediately like: alright,I know this is gonna be my favourite franchise.
Strikers isn't my favorite Persona game by a long shot (Still loved it!), but it has a top three intro imo. This song is jaw-droppingly good. Fits the P5 cast perfectly, but it's distinctly higher energy than the original just like the game itself. I haven't finished it since launch but this one and counter-strike never left my mind.
I wish my boy Akechi was in this game. 10 hours in and I’m already missing him. On top of that this game would fit him like a glove cause he would get to kill everything in sight lol

I absolutely adore the themes of this song. The world can be cruel and hurtful, and people who are good stumble and end up losing themselves, either by trying to be something they aren't or losing themselves to the bitterness of an uncaring world. Thats what I love the most about this game and its villains; they arent absolutely deplorable people. They were lost in the darkness and didnt know how to escape so they turned into the very thing that tormented them. This song is made for the underdogs and the people who feel themselves losing their light. You ARE stronger.
Is it a hot take to think that this is the best opening of the Persona 5 era? I love Wake Up, Get Up, Get out There and Colors Flying High, but I really think this is so much catchier.
unless a persona 5 arena gets announced he probably won't physically show up. *But that would be super cool if you could kick ass as zenkichi in a p5 fighting game i would 100% main him*
@@Ray_Moses To be honest I'd rather have a Q3, I really like how those games look and I feel like if it jumped off a 3DS it could be at the very least quite a bit bigger... though another arena game would be neat as well.
@@pickypath246 arena would be way cooler in my opinion but Q3 would be cool to but there would have to be a persona 6 and SPOILERS FOR Q1 AND Q2 the characters would probably have to lose their memories again which would be the same ending 3 times now
@@Ray_Moses I mean they COULD always change it up and have some sort of actual collaboration that is both canon and remembered by everyone in a Q fashion... or hell just neither, it'd be especially interesting if it led up to a Persona 6 that possibly features everyone so far in some sort of large scale game. Though that sounds more like a finale to Persona, not a simple collaboration spin off type deal...
@@pickypath246 See thats the thing though. They cant have the characters keep their memories or it will impede the story of P3, P4 and P5. (Which is why they did it for P5 and P3 dancing) And if they have the stories take place after their respective games, they would have to be older, like in P4 Arena and would have to exclude Shinji and P3 protag. And lets face it, having a Q3 without the protaganist of Persona 3 wouldn't happen. Its not really a spoiler that they lose their memories by the end, because they pretty much have to.

Im playing through the demo currently, and I must say both battle themes are absolutely amazing like first time hearing last suprise kinda amazing. Theres also a fair bit of OG persona 5 music which is great
lowkey this is one of my favourite songs in the series it's between this, mass destruction, full moon full life, burn my dread and its going down now (i like persona 3's ost)
