@@kharismanando9051 It does stand for that. In HI3 and similar games (PGR) instead of just switching characters, under certain conditions the character can enter whilst using a special attack and effect. The condition to activate changes from each, but usually something like inflicting a condition on the enemy or doing a certain attack.
@@OFF-yq3kc WW offcourse, I said that this is a basic system of this game. Get a brain and try to understand what people say. I didn't said "games" or "gacha" games. I meant to this game only.
@@a_normal_player1800 none ? Who cares ? This is the basic system of this game and I said that. But people like you won't understand something so simple anyway 💀💀
I could care less about it "beating" anything, it's not about trying to be top dog at this point. It's about whether or not the game is able to sustain itself and maintain player interest, which I hope it does from what I've played of it so far.
@@TheGamingDavester Agreed. That's what a lot of people are too worried about nowadays, is whether or not a game is better than everything else. But really it should be about the longevity of a game. I mean, of course a game still has to be good and play well to sell well because if it plays like garbage no one will like it from the get go, but even a game that has a better than good gameplay cycle can still do really well if it's rewarding and has a good story OR great gameplay.
Lol, and rip to wuwa newbies and genshin haters that don't know the concept of rotations and are struggling to do some damages while genshin players nuke the bosses every rotation
@@faizkroller1996 The fact the progression isn’t the same at all, the fact that you aren’t going against hordes of ennemies, the fact it’s not divided in act that you restart for increasing the difficulty and so on ? Wuthering Waves is an A-RPG. You can even call it Beat’em All if you want but it’s not an Hack and Slash at all. Not to mention the game isn’t even in isometric view. Like tell me where this game have an hack‘n’slash combat type like the other dude said ? You guys never played an hack’n’slash or beat’em all it’s pretty obvious.
@@dylanlerian5960 progression is a progression system, while hack n' slash is a gameplay type (google it). Restart with increased difficulty? Isn't that more about rogue-like/lite with modifiers? Isometric view? God of War is a hack n' slash and afaik, that game is third person And I did play a lot of hack n slash before: DMC, MGR:Revengeance, God of War, Dead Cells, Nier: Automata, to name a few. And according to wiki, hack n slash is a sub-genre of beat em up which focuses more on melee, usually swords, which can also includes projectile weapon as secondary. From what I've played, and looking at WW's characters using swords and guns, it is a hack and slash
There are gamers in Kuro for a while. NiER was PGR's inspiration and after Alpha's introduction, they went full DMC. In WuWa, there's a strange Death Stranding vibe and Plants vs Zombie mentioned in one of their trophies. Here's the best one: A collab with Keiki Kobayashi, known for composing music for Ace Combat. The music only avails to guild tho.
I accidentally did that just yesterday lol. Was playing calcharo then i switched to rover and they both did a plunging attack. Didn't know it could happen so i was surprised😅
When your favorite character will get Beaten by boss and you switched her/him in the last second to a character who you don't like and switched back again without long CD
lmao i was getting slapped around by the Act VI final boss but when i got to 2nd phase suddenly something clicked in me and i managed to dodge/parry most of the attacks, even got a parry with a plunging attack - it was amazing. i am so bad at this game's combat but it feels so good
With a figthing this flashy, I wouldn't even know if I am actually hitting the enemy, getting hit or what. Not to mention that seens to be missing some kind of "cinergy" between the chars. I dunno how to explain.
I like how switch feels natural rather than characters teleporting and poping out of existence. That thing irks me the most with these gacha games. I wouldve prefer if its like granado espada where you can control multiple characters switching back and fort
If this game them add new system we can party with npc is really cool lol because there's no game mobile can do right now if have system party with npc
bro is this dmc but in anime form i mean i don't mind but dang im hyped (also any dmc fan that sees this ik it maybe sorta an insult but like in kinda looks like that but it still cool tho lets be honest)
As a DMC fan, this game hits just right. Of course it's not like DMC 4 Dante full weapons turbo mode gameplay but it just has enough to scratch that itch. Also, you can find Vergil's plastic chair! If anything i take that as a welcoming gift.
