I suspect the property is sitting on "a gold mine" of gravel quality limestone. The family is unlikely to benefit as much as whomever would buy it could, if having the resources to mine it.
We are waiting for the (new) judge to let them re-test the RAV! It's MANDATORY! And hope this time they put an expert, a blood spatter expert, on that rear area of the car!! Fingers crossed! :)

I would say that downsizing the salvage yard is a good business decision, I'm surprised that they stayed there as long as they have, given such a hostile corrupt state that they live in, the best thing they could probably do would be sell the entire property and move to a neighbouring state where they can still visit Steven and Brendan. End of an era but we live in changing times.
I dont think people are listening properly. Scott said they are "selling the Avery salvage 24h towing sign". As usual people hear what they want to hear.😅
