Bread flour or all-purpose flour 300g/2cups
Egg 1
Milk 150ml
Active dry yeast 3g/1tsp
Honey 30g/1.5tbsp
Salt 3g/0.5tsp
Oil 15g/1tbsp
Egg 1(save about 10ml for later)
White sugar 25g/2tbsp
unsweetened coconut 60g
Unsalted butter 28g/2tbsp
Bake for 15-20minutes at 356 F/180 C
