Having a cop with the repo driver is a nice idea, but there are certain a$$hole cops who are just stupid enough to arrest the repo driver for doing his job because they want to be the a$$hole who can claim that they arrested a repo driver for doing his job and yes, it has happened before because cops are a$$holes, there are videos on the net where cops have had to be at a repo, one I definitely know of is for a shed repossession in I believe it was Texas, the property owner refused to let the repo people on the property to repossess the shed and law enforcement was called in to make sure the property owner didn't cause any more problems

We have tried to involve the police before, and it always backfires. Would rather have the element of surprise if needed, and handle my own business.

I’ve been doing a lot of repo’s for lack of insurance also.

The straps go over the tires on the wheel lift. Totally different kind of strap.
