You obviously deluded with your information. You basically talking bollocks. I am a drone flyer and you can film private property. do your research before slagging this auditor off. you clown. 🤡
That's kinda what their drone laws were implemented for. And like goodest goys they signed on for it all and got all the tickets and permits and gobbled the authoritarian boot up and rat on each other if they aren't.
No reg plate on forklift if I am not wrong!!! So manage do your job and make sure you keep the company lawful!!!! Leave the general public alone when they are off your site.
It's not ingenia with the forklift that was actually a company next door called bence coachworks. The "cabins" are actually mobile scanning machines used for the nhs
So he thinks you must have a NEED to enjoy your rights and that he has the right to steal your private property. He is obviously descended from a long line of criminals and idiots. Showing his company in a very bad light. They obviously think themselves above the law by allowing unregistered vehicles on the public roads. You have to wonder what other crimes are being committed behind closed doors.
So, you can’t film private property. Well I’m off to London tomorrow. Does anyone have King Charles phone number? I need to ask him for permission to film Buckingham Palace.
I bet Google returned a number of videos with clowns like this being embarrassed by Auditors, it does for me 😄 will explain his sudden change of attitude
Not very happy was he well once they get to see the drone law they soon back of don't they because the no there's nothing they can do to stop you keep your channel going it will soon grow 👍
The whole world gets to see the clown trying to throw his weight around - sorry Ingenia, Quercus Court, but that's a big fail on your part. Even here in outback Australia we get to see how you treat members of the public showing an interest in the company.
You missed two huge opportunities, "I'm not TAKING the private property, I'm just looking at it." / "You live here? Does council know people are living here?!"
They are acting up! - First the Public Act, now the Drone Act - what will happen in Act 3? . . . Did you manage to get an ice-cream between the Acts, from what sounded like the ice-cream van, during the interval at 01:4 ? Brilliant control of the management . . . and air space. I really enjoy your format . . . that reminds me, I must get some ice-cream for the next video.
Its the same thing every time you ring their bell and tell them what you are up to. Why not skip ringing the bell and just set to filming, you might get all your footage without them being aware.
I'm not sure that initially portraying yourself as a clueless drip is the constructive way to promote the legality of drones. Have the law printed out on a card with a brief explanation of promotion of footage on RU-vid.
No I like his approach, because it helps for the video as it brings out people like the employee, who will happily spout nonsense, and try to bully because they think the person with the camera doesn't know the score.
Has he made a fool of himself or has he made a fool of himself??? That's a big yes, if he is employed there the owners need to speak to him. He has given the company a bad look. If he owns it, then he won't be making any new clients with that attitude. By the way, he worries about a drone or a photographer breaking the law. Yet that fork lift drove along a main road without a number plate and I bet insurance. Imagine coming along that road and coming across the forklift suddenly.
this goes higher up than UK law,,,,, ECHR European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms ECHR) is a European treaty in which the human and civil rights of all residents of the member countries are laid down (article 10). allows filming in the public sector, even people in public and in government buildings , everything you can see from public (even if you point into private buildings and sites) you can photo and record it since November 4, 1950, Google Earth (with zoom) google maps, google street view, DRONE LEGISLATION ARISES FROM THIS LAW, cars with a dash cam going by this law
I worked there. Waited 10 months for a contract that I was promised I'd get after 3 months probation. Then I had to wait another 3 months for my contract. 4 months later I got sacked because I had an infection one day and COVID the next. So no. It's not a good company to work for. Full of empty promises and hopes. They're lucky I don't take them to court for misconduct. I saved screenshots from the start from the vacancy, to being accepted and all the promises I was given. The evidence I have would tarnish their reputation with business.
@@Error_404_Not_Found_timed_out_ - I actually considered this when I bought my Mini 3 but then I realised that I couldn't actually fit it in there without it getting shredded when replacing the batteries and there's not actually a flat surface in there to affix it to because it's basically a skeletal structure inside to allow the battery heat to disperse (it can't be on the battery itself and has to be in the compartment) which meant it was no use to even attempt it, also heat and paper (and even toner) in an area designed for cooling don't mix well and batteries get hot.
@@IceBlueBeard Oh I know, in my Mini 3 there's no surface or room in there to affix it to as it's a skeletal structure designed for cooling the battery and you don't want to kill your drone by jamming anything in there.
HOW UNEDUCATED THIS DUDE,,,,, NEVER HEARD ABOUT GOOGLE EARTH, GOOGLE MAPS, GOOGLE STREET VIEW, CARS WITH DASH-CAM ? REALLY THIS MAN NEED SOME EDUCATION
