voting for sp33dweed. i didnt hear ANY rules about how fast or far out you went, so i dont see why that would matter. his take off, turning, and landing looked smoother than anyone else's and he landed right inside the target. BlackMaze gets DQ'd for having a first person view only :P
Wait is that not a feature rather than a bug? I use it all the time to land on moons and such. The line up and then braking when nearing makes me use thrusters as a candidate for gravity, and spacebrake allows me to control the speed of the descent.
@@Chemillioneer yeah, per the devs it's a safety feature to help make decoupled landing less risky. But I'd like to be able to turn it off for myself as an option (it makes the transition between decoupled gear up and down a little awkward since you need to either start or stop your manual gravity compensation)
solid flying, you should do this again when they change the flight model again to add the control surfaces, it will be interesting to see how the changes to maneuvering thrusters will affect this sort of low speed acrobatic flight.
I guess... Datamachine? Really like the landing of sp33dweed, and Maze also looked smooth. Network fluctuations may result in flight trajectory seems different from pilot's perspective and others, might be easier to judge if you can see them from the perspective of both.
Not sure if I liked Datamachine or blackmaze better gonna vote for data since we didnt saw blackmaze in third person, looked really smooth but hard to tell that way
