I’m loving my Instant Pot for making tough meats tender in probably 1/3 of the time of a crock pot. Mine also has a slow cooker option.
I think last time I cooked Corned beef in a crockpot it took 3-4 hours on high and you don’t even need liquid. You can just use the beer for flavoring.
