Looking for a semolina pudding recipe, thank you. I had to mute it… The music is terrible. The those in the US - Corn starch is what corn flour is called.
Great recipe! Thank you :) (There are two songs playing at the same time in the background, so it was hard to focus haha, luckily it's a very simple recipe lol).
How long do we need to cook it down for cause mine is grainy and not creamy like a custard like yours? I used brown sugar cause my family doesn't buy white sugar. The sugar is taking so long to melt down too. Could you give me an idea of the timeframe cause I don't know whether I'm doing something wrong
Elith v cool name. I was wondering about brown sugar myself. Doesn't it melt at high heat? How did you get on? I ve a real coconut randomly that's sat a fortnight in the kitchen. Am wondering if real will do the job as it's waxy and that dessicated kind looks like it's a barrier and a mop for stickiness. It does look great tho. Of all the times I had to buy SKIMMED milk as the shop had none of the full or half. I'm keeping this in mind tho. Anyway- your tryout sounds like less of a minor hiccup- did you get further than a brown mess in your frying pan? I remember semolina being quite fine without it...
